Privacy Notice

How Tricast RacePro handles personal data during the private pilot and future subscription service.

1. Controller and pre-launch status

Tricast RacePro is currently operated from Ireland. Paid subscriptions are not open. Full statutory operator details will be added here before live customer billing begins. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@tricastracepro.com.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process your email address and account identity, account role and access status, subscription/customer identifiers and subscription status, support correspondence, and technical/security information necessary to operate and protect the service.

3. Payments

Stripe processes payment details on Stripe-hosted pages. Tricast RacePro does not store your full card number or CVC. We store limited billing references such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription state, billing period information and entitlement status so the application can decide whether premium access is active.

4. Login and hosting

Cloudflare provides hosting, security and access-control services. When member login is enabled for customers, Tricast RacePro receives the identity information required to associate a valid login with a RacePro membership.

5. Why we use personal data

We use personal data to provide and secure accounts, administer subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, keep appropriate transaction and audit records, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the activity, the legal basis may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

6. Service providers

We use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting/security/access and Stripe for payment and subscription services. Those providers process information under their own contractual and privacy arrangements. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

7. Retention

We keep account and subscription records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security and audit trails, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods will be reviewed before live launch.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. Contact support@tricastracepro.com to make a request.

9. Complaints

If you have concerns about how your personal data is handled, you can contact us first. You may also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority.

10. Children

Tricast RacePro is an 18+ service and is not intended for children.
