Subscription & Cancellation Terms

These pre-launch terms describe how the planned Tricast RacePro Premium subscription will work.

1. Price and billing

The planned Premium membership price is €14.99 per month. Before a live purchase, Stripe checkout will show the total amount due and any applicable taxes or other required information. A subscription renews until cancelled unless the checkout terms say otherwise.

2. When access starts

Premium access is granted only after Stripe confirms the subscription through a signed server-to-server event and RacePro records an active entitlement. A checkout success screen by itself does not bypass the entitlement check.

3. Managing billing

Members will be able to open the Stripe-hosted Billing Portal from their RacePro account to review billing, update eligible payment details, view invoices and cancel the subscription.

4. Cancellation

The planned default is cancellation at the end of the current paid billing period. Access normally remains available until the applicable entitlement end date. Stripe or RacePro may end access earlier where a subscription is cancelled immediately, unpaid, invalid, fraudulent or otherwise no longer entitled.

5. Statutory withdrawal and refunds

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, refund, conformity or other consumer right that applies under Irish or EU law. Before live subscriptions open, the checkout and cancellation flow will be reviewed so required pre-contract information and any applicable withdrawal process are presented correctly.

6. Price changes

If the subscription price changes in future, the change will not be applied retrospectively to a completed billing period. Any notice required by applicable law will be given before the changed price applies.
